1. Definition of terms and notions
Multi-level marketing It is the advancement of information about the goods and services through the network of independent Distributors.
Organization of the Distributor
1.1. Distributor
Physical person who got to the age of 18 and signed “The agreement of the Independent Distributor” and who works according to the rules established by the Company.
1.2. Computer number of the Distributor
The number, awarded to you after the “Agreement of the Independent Distributor” signing which is required for the Company for computer accounting of your work. You may have only one computer number.
1.3. Sponsor
The Distributor who has personally invited you to sign the “Agreement of the Independent Distributor” and who is your informational sponsor.
1.4. Generation (level)
All the Distributors, for whom you are the sponsor, shall be the Distributors of your first generation. Accordingly, the Distributors of your second generation shall be all the Distributors, whose sponsor is any of your Distributors of the first generation and so on.
1.5. Organization
The Organization is the Distributors of all the generations whose sponsor you are directly or indirectly.
1.6. Personal group (PG)
A part of your organization excluded the organizations of the Distributors that achieved the rank of Director.
1.7. Rank and status
The figure showing your career growth. Ranks: Consultant, Master, Manager, and Director (status: Silver Director, Golden Director, Ruby Director, Brilliant Director, and President).
1.8. Accounting month
Period (calendar month), for which the Company summarizes your activity.
Product price, point
1.9. Retail price
The minimum price of the product approved by the Company to sell for the customers. The difference between the retail and wholesale price may by up to 30% of the wholesale price.
1.10. Wholesale price
The product price that you purchase the products as the Distributor of the Company independent of the rank.
1.11. Point (p)
Accounting unit (a.u.) of the volume of distribution measuring. The nomenclature of the products is assessed by the number of points indicated in the price-list. If you purchase the products the corresponding points are calculated at your computer number.
1.12. Points transfer
The procedure that allows the Distributor to transfer the points for the products purchased from him by other Distributors at their computer number.
Your career growth
1.13. Month of qualification
The accounting month in which you accomplish the terms of qualification for the rank. The new rank shall be granted the first day of the month next after the month of qualification.
1.14. Personal volume (PV)
Number of points calculated in the accounting month at your computer number according to the procedure of the points transfer.
1.15. Group volume (GV)
The sum the PV of all the Distributors of your PG for the accounting month including your personal PV.
1.16. Accumulated group volume (AGV)
The sum of your GV for the period from the moment of the “Agreement of the Independent Distributor” signing till the accounting month inclusive.
1.17. Organizational volume (OV)
The sum of all PV of all the Distributors of your organization during the accounting month.
1.18. Minimal personal volume (MPV)
The minimal norm is 50 points (during the accounting month). Fulfillment of this norm is required for receiving the bonuses and career growth. If the requirements to MPV are not observed the only PV shall go to AGV.
1.19. Minimal group volume (MGV)
The norm required for the Distributor in the rank of Director to receive the Director’s bonuses (see 2.2).
1.20. Qualification volume (QV)
The norm required to receive the status of the Ruby Director and higher. To obtain the status of the Ruby Director the sum of GV of the Directors within three generations with your personal GV should be at least 7000 points. To obtain the status of the Brilliant Director the sum of GV of the Directors within four generations with your personal GV should be at least at least 15000 points. To obtain the status of the President the sum of GV of the Directors within five generations with your personal GV should be at least at least 31000 points. The qualification volume is calculated with regard of Compression rule.
1.21. Qualification number of Directors (QND)
The number of Directors in your structure required to obtain the status of the Silver Director and higher. To obtain the status of the Silver Director you should have the rank of the Director and at least two Directors in your first generation. To obtain the status of the Golden Director you should have the status of the Silver Director and at least six Directors within two generations. To obtain the status of the Ruby Director you should have the status of the Golden Director and at least fourteen Directors within three generations. To obtain the status of the Brilliant Director you should have the status of the Ruby Director and at least thirty Directors within four generations. To obtain the status of the President you should have the status of the Brilliant Director and at least sixty two Directors within five generations, and also at least two Ruby Directors in the first generation. The qualification number of Directors is calculated with regard to the Compression rule.
1.21. Qualification number of Directors (QND)
The number of Directors in your structure required to obtain the status of the Silver Director and higher. To obtain the status of the Silver Director you should have the rank of the Director and at least two Directors in your first generation. To obtain the status of the Golden Director you should have the status of the Silver Director and at least six Directors within two generations. To obtain the status of the Ruby Director you should have the status of the Golden Director and at least fourteen Directors within three generations. To obtain the status of the Brilliant Director you should have the status of the Ruby Director and at least thirty Directors within four generations. To obtain the status of the President you should have the status of the Brilliant Director and at least sixty two Directors within five generations, and also at least two Ruby Directors in the first generation. The qualification number of Directors is calculated with regard to the Compression rule.
